PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Creative Glamour accepts direct Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT’s) to our account – the company’s banking details are provided during check-out process. Online payments with credit cards (VISA, Master Card and Diners Club) are welcome via the 3D secure PayFast payment gateway system.
No order will be processed or dispatched until official bank proof of payment has been received, or full payment reflects in our account.

Orders placed online for local (JHB & PTA) express (same day) delivery needs to be placed and paid before 09:00 am. Orders placed after 09:00 am will be processed for next business day delivery. This will exclude customised make-up palettes which require an estimated additional two days of processing time. Same day express delivery is only functional on weekdays excluding public holidays.
AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- If proof of payment is received before 9:00 am, your parcel may go out the next day (if your order does not consist of customised palettes and excluding Express Delivery term - please see 'EXPRESS DELIVERY' above)
- Please note that delivery turn around time only starts once your parcel has been collected by the couriers.
- All orders and delivery depending on product availability and we will immediately notify you if any products are not available. In these cases, you can select different items of the same value or receive a full refund for the item out of stock.
- When ordering customized make-up palettes (e.g. Create Your Own 24 Shade Palette) please allow 1-3 working days. Should your area fall under an outlying area (outside a major city), it could take up to 5 - 10 working days to deliver.
- Eyeshadow palettes are no longer pre-packed, with the exception of college orders to mitigate broken eyeshadows. Should an eyeshadow break during shipment, only damaged eyeshadows will be replaced, not the entire palette. Should you wish to have a pre-packed palette and an eyeshadow breaks, only damaged shades will be replaced, not the entire palette.
- We currently only deliver in SOUTH AFRICA via courier.
- Should you wish to use your own courier service to collect and your parcel received free delivery, we will not be responsible for your courier fee.
- Please note that our couriers only deliver during business days and normal office hours. No weekend deliveries - courier services only operate on business days and are unavailable ton weekends and public holidays.
- Please use your tracking number that has been provided to you to track and keep up with the status of your parcel.
- Creative Glamour outsources Courier Companies - They do not work for us. We are unable to request a delivery time for your parcel as their delivery schedules change on a daily basis. Creative Glamour is not responsible for responsible for delays caused by the courier.
- Please make sure you are available to receive your parcel. Creative Glamour will not be held liable should you not be available when the courier tries to deliver your parcel. We will not be responsible for any costs that may be incurred.
- If you arrange your own courier, Uber, or representative to collect your order, Creative Glamour is not liable for the parcel once it is in transit.
Please note that these delivery charges are only for website orders, for Whatsapp and e-mail orders, please discuss your delivery fee with your sales rep.
DELIVERY TIME:
All orders placed before 09:00 am will be dispatched the following day. In the unlikely event of products ordered being out of stock you will be notified of a slightly delayed delivery date. Please note that this excludes customised make-up palettes which require an extra two days processing. During the December holiday season there might be longer delivery time. If the delivery address is unattended when delivery is attempted it will be Courier discretion to leave a message and try to schedule a second attempt to deliver, subject to Courier’s terms and conditions.

Larger or customised palette and brush sets orders may take 1-3 days to be packed and dispatched.
Orders placed by 11:00 may only be dispatched the next day. Custom orders require an additional 1-2 days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
In order to receive a refund or exchange on your returned product, product must be in new condition and returned with the original packaging and invoice or a note with the order number and written request for refund or exchange. Creative Glamour will only accept returned products and issue you a refund or replacement if you comply with the following process: In the case of damaged or defective product (including delivery of an incorrect product), you must notify Creative Glamour of such damage within two days (48hrs) of receipt of the product.
Please ensure to keep all original packaging and damaged item/s as this will need to be sent to the Couriers Insurance company. If you plan to return product, notice must be sent to info@creativeglamour.co.za within 48 of receipt of the product, and Creative Glamour will provide detailed return or exchange instructions at the time. A handling fee of 10% applies for orders over R500. items must be securely packed to avoid damage. If not, you are solely responsible for any damages.
Note that only products purchased on our Website may be returned for refund or exchange via the process set forth above. All products purchased from a Creative Glamour store or Stockist must be returned to the location from which said product was purchased.
Custom palettes: damaged shades in transit will be replaced, not the entire palette.
VOUCHERS
Vouchers can be used online and in-store. Contact us if the voucher code is not working online.
Delivery is not included in voucher usage unless stated otherwise.
Vouchers are valid until the stipulated expiry date.
