Creative Glamour accepts direct Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT’s) to our account – the company’s banking details are provided during check-out process. Online payments with credit cards (VISA, Master Card and Diners Club) are welcome via the 3D secure PayFast payment gateway system.

AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • If proof of payment is received before 11am your parcel may go out the next day (if your order does not consist of customised palettes)
  • Please note that turn around time only starts once your parcel has been collected by the couriers.
  • All orders and delivery depend on product availability and we will immediately notify you if any products are not available. In these cases, you can select different items of the same value or receive a full refund for the item out of stock.
  • When ordering customized make-up palettes (e.g. make your own 24 shade palette) please allow 1-3 working days. Should your area fall under an outlying area (outside a major city), it could take up to 5 - 10 working days to deliver.
  • We currently only deliver in SOUTH AFRICA via courier.
  • Should you wish to use your own courier service to collect and your parcel received free delivery, we will not be responsible for your courier fee.
  • Please note that our couriers only deliver during business days and normal office hours.
  • Please use your tracking number that has been provided to you to track and keep up with the status of your parcel.
  • Creative Glamour out sources Courier Companies - They do not work for us. We are unable to request a delivery time for your parcel as their delivery schedules change on a daily basis.
  • Please make sure you are available to receive your parcel. Creative Glamour holds no responsibility should you not be available to receive your parcel.

DELIVERY TIME:

All orders placed before 11am will be dispatched the following day. In the unlikely event of products ordered being out of stock you will be notified of a slightly delayed delivery date. Please note that this excludes customised make-up palettes which require an extra two days processing. During the December holiday season there might be longer delivery time. If the delivery address is unattended when delivery is attempted it will be Courier discretion to leave a message and try to schedule a second attempt to deliver, subject to Courier’s terms and conditions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

In order to receive a refund or exchange on your returned product, product must be in new condition and returned with the original packaging and invoice or a note with the order number and written request for refund or exchange. Creative Glamour will only accept returned products and issue you a refund or replacement if you comply with the following process: In the case of damaged or defective product (including delivery of an incorrect product), you must notify Creative Glamour of such damage within two days (48hrs) of receipt of the product.

Please ensure to keep all original packaging and damaged item/s as this will need to be sent to the Couriers Insurance company. If you plan to return product, notice must be sent to info@creativeglamour.co.za, and Creative Glamour will provide detailed return or exchange instructions at the time. Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit; you are solely responsible for any such damage.

Note that only products purchased on our Website may be returned for refund or exchange via the process set forth above; all product purchased from a Creative Glamour store or stockist must be returned to the location from which such product was purchased.
