Do you give discounts to professional make-up artists?
Yes, we offer trade discount to professionals. To register as a professional make-up artist, we need proof of certification/ link to your business page or social media page.
Are Creative Glamour products tested on animals?
Creative Glamour has and will never support animal testing. All our suppliers do not conduct any animal testing.
Are Creative Glamour products vegan friendly?
Most of our products are Vegan friendly. Our 2021 vision is to be 100% Vegan friendly

Are Creative Glamour products manufactured in South Africa?
95% of Creative Glamour colour cosmetics are produced by our OWN manufacturing company in South Africa. Those ingredients that cannot be sourced locally are imported from companies that manufacture strictly to our high ethical standards and quality.
Are Creative Glamour products only for TV and film?
Our range is designed on professional standards with high quality ingredients and can be used for every day. Our makeup covers products from sheer to full coverage.
How can I book a make-up appointment?
We would love to do your make-up. Have a look at our services offered or contact us for personalised quotations.
What does Creative Glamour do for the environment?
As Creative Glamour is very committed to the environment, we offer our clients reusable magnetic palettes. When your blush/ eyeshadow/ lipstick is finished, just clip it out and order a refill of your choice without needing to replace the holder (palette).
Orders FAQ
When will I receive my order?
All orders placed before 10am will be dispatched the same day. In the unlikely event of products ordered being out of stock you will be notified of a slightly delayed delivery date. Please note that this excludes customised make-up palettes which require an extra day processing.
Orders are dispatched and delivered on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Once dispatched, our trusted courier companies deliver within 24-72hrs for all major cities and up to 5 working days for outlying areas.
What are my delivery costs?
Free delivery on any order with a minimum cart value of R800, delivered to any metro area within Johannesburg, Cape Town or Durban. Free delivery on any order with a minimum cart value of R1500, delivered to any area outside metro areas (outlying areas).

Can I Track my Order?
Once payment has been processed and your package dispatched we will send you a link to track your parcel.
Can you deliver after hours and on weekends?
This can be done on request, but is extremely expensive.
What happens if you send me the wrong products?
If we have delivered the wrong product, we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please retain the box, packaging and all contents, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery via info@creativeglamour.co.za.
What happens if the product is damaged?
In the case of damaged or defective product, you must notify Creative Glamour of such damage within two days (48hrs) of receipt of the product. Please retain the box, packaging and content. Notice must be sent to info@creativeglamour.co.za and Creative Glamour will provide detailed return or exchange instructions at the time.
Do you ship internationally?
This can only be done on request, depending on the receiving country’s custom regulations, This process can only be done via email and not on online orders.
Can I use Creative Glamour Eyeshaddow as a blush?
Yes. All our products are especially designed for multi-purpose use.
Can I get additional help with my products?
You are welcome to email us for additional help and advice.
Can I customise my palette?
Yes, we can customize your eyeshadow/ blush and lip palettes with your choice of colours. Please note that these could possibly have an additional one day processing.
