Creative Glamour Rewards Card Program Terms & Conditions:
- The Rewards Card Program is open to all in-store customers, including students and professional makeup artists.
- The program excludes mini stockists and colleges, who are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
- The Rewards Card can be obtained from the Creative Glamour Head Office in Centurion.
- The Rewards Card program is exclusively available at our Centurion Head Office. Purchases made at other locations or online do not qualify for the program.
- Customers must be 18 years or older to participate.
- Enrollment in the Rewards Card Program is automatic upon making a purchase of R250 or more in a single transaction.
- Customers will receive a physical Rewards Card to collect stamps.
- Customers receive one stamp for every R250 spent in a single transaction.
- Stamps are issued only after the completion of the transaction and may not be claimed at a later time or date.
- Multiple purchases cannot be combined to meet the R250 requirement for a stamp.
- The Rewards Card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive stamps.
- Stamps are non-transferable and cannot be shared between different cards or customers.
- Stamps have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Purchases made with gift vouchers or coupons are not eligible for stamps.
- Services are not eligible for stamps.
- Items marked as "Reduce to Clear" or on sale are not eligible for the Rewards Card Program. Certain promotional items may not be eligible for stamps, as indicated in-store.
- Vouchers purchased in-store do not qualify to receive stamps, however, vouchers used in-store qualify to receive stamps provided they are used to purchase products. Should a voucher be used for a service or lesson, the voucher will not qualify to receive stamps.
- You will not qualify for the rewards should the Rewards Card be altered, defaced or photocopied. Or which does not bear the required number of official stamps.
- Prizes
• Receive 5% off all colour cosmetics after you receive the 4th Stamp. Valid for one (your next) in-store purchase/transaction.
• Receive 10% off all colour cosmetics after you receive the 8th Stamp. Valid for one (your next) in-store purchase/transaction.
• You qualify to receive one free travel-size product from the following options after you have collected 13 stamps:
1. 10ml Mattifying Face Primer
2. 10ml Nourishing Prep Serum
3. 10ml Liquid Foundation
4. 9g HD Powder
5. 8g TLP Powder
6. 9g Cream Foundation or Concealer
7. Trio Foundation/Lipstick Palette
8. 50ml Setting Spray
9. 100ml Brush cleaner citrus/peppermint
° The free travel-size item is non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged or returned for cash or another product.
° Each reward and discount must be used individually as provided.
° Combining multiple discounts to achieve a greater reduction is not permitted, and each reward is valid for one-time use only.
° Once a reward is stamped, it signifies that it has been redeemed and cannot be used again.
° Availability of specific travel-size products may vary.
• 40% off in-studio beauty/special occasion makeup session is only valid for one beauty/special occasion makeup and will only take place at Creative Glamours Centurion studio.
- This reward is valid only for sessions booked Monday through Friday, 08:30 - 15:00.
- The offer excludes weekends and public holidays.
- The discount applies to one session only and must be used within six months of earning the 18th stamp.
- To redeem rewards, the customer must present their fully stamped Rewards Card at the time of purchase.
- Discounts apply to the current transaction only and cannot be saved for future use.
- Discounts cannot be stacked. Only 5% OR 10% can be used at one time should one order receive 8 stamps.
- Stamps are only given after the current purchase and discounts will be used on the next in-store purchase.
- Rewards and discounts are non-transferable.
- A fully completed rewards card will be kept by Creative Glamour.
- The Rewards Card does not have an expiration date but is subject to program changes.
- Creative Glamour reserves the right to modify or terminate the Rewards Card Program at any time, with or without prior notice.
- Creative Glamour is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
- Stamps and rewards will not be replaced or transferred to a new card.
- Creative Glamour reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Rewards Card Program at any time.
- Any changes will be communicated in-store and on the Creative Glamour website.
- Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the Rewards Card may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of all accumulated stamps and rewards.
- Creative Glamour reserves the right to refuse service to customers suspected of fraud or misuse.
- Personal information collected for the Rewards Card Program will be used in accordance with Creative Glamour’s privacy policy.
- Information may be used for marketing purposes unless the customer opts out.
- Store your Rewards Card securely to avoid loss and ensure all stamps are properly credited.
